Obituary of Connie Loraine Emmons

Connie Loraine Emmons, 69, of Hillsboro, OR, passed away on Sept 20, 2023. She was born to parents George Clifford Emmons and Helen Loraine Ballard on Oct 17, 1953 in The Dalles, OR. Connie lived a full life of love and friendship to all, never allowing Cerebral Palsy to slow her down or get in her way. She was loved and adored by all who knew her. Her extended family of probably 20 years were all of the wonderful people who lived and served at the Brogden House in Hillsboro, OR. Connie is survived by her brothers, Garry and Kenny Emmons. She is buried with her mom in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR.
