Obituary of LeeAndrew Swanigan

LeeAndrew Swanigan was born July 16, 1960 in Brinkley, Arkansas, where he spent his earlier years. At a young and maturing age, "Swani" set out to find what he needed in life. Optimism led him to plant his feet in Portland, Oregon, where he found love. True love, patient, kind, consistent love. Everlasting and lifelong love. As with all thing's great classic and vintage love and memories are all we have. LeeAndrew joins his 3 grandson's Jaden, Miah, and Tutu in death. His father-in-law Hudy Phillips, mother Louise Barker, father CJ Swanigan, brother, and multiple other of God's children. Mourning the loss of such a stellar and solid man until they meet again, Mrs. Anice Swanigan, wife and compadre from day one, wed July 13, 2002. Sons LeeAndrew Swanigan Jr., Robin Richmond, Jerry Anderson, Timothy Burks and the world's greatest daughter, Sarita Burks. With one and only living sibling, his beloved sister, Emma, residing in Arkansas where a plenty mixture of family and friends and nieces and nephews that love him as well and who will forever hold the memory of LeeAndrew and his action filled words of wisdom close in their hearts and constant in the mind. Uncle Pond's love spurred from 1 to many. In fact, Great Grandpa has 31 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. One grandson serving in the US Armed Forces USMC Lance Corporal Terell Kimberling. Love is so beautiful and abundance is many. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts as a family. You have given us stability and security. A life of quality worthy of acknowledgement and thanks. Deeply affecting many friends and peopled mentioned too in his life. Whether life or fate, a combination of relationships has been established. LeeAndrew contents of his character did not go unnoticed, being recognized for leadership and commitment amongst his very own peers. As an active and proud integral member of The Miracles Club, LeeAndrew's way of keeping it real gained him so many "keepers of their brother." The loss of a leader and confidant. As a spiritual man, LeeAndrew lays here at rest until God's return. No longer is LeeAndrew in pain. Jesus's Mercy was poured over our husband, son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. God's child has gained his wings. It's the Lord's battle now. For we know many are chosen but few chose to answer God's call. It was written and as the ink dries and the Angels sign your name, put a word in for this place called Earth, we got our hands full with your wife. Mom, wipe those tears. Love conquers all. All things silent, all things loud. Love conquers all. You showed us all that a little bit of forever love, lasts a lifetime. We will be here until the clock stops. You are not alone. You are strong and beautiful. You are passionate and deserving of happiness. Draw close to your heart the smells and sights of remembrance. Heal at your pace. Take time and love yourself. Nap, snack, and hydrate; key survival skills. When all else can no longer hold the tears, cry out to Jesus, for he knows. Remind yourself that love conquers all. Dad, we got her. Rest well. Or walk around old man, walk around.
