Rachel Jennell Foslid, 48, of Florence, Oregon was born on December 07, 1971 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Arthur Soch and Delphine Vincent. She passed away April 13, 2020 in Portland, Oregon. Rachel was known as Megan by many but she will always be Babelette to her family that loved her so dearly. She loved doing her crafts and making homemade gifts for her loved ones. She cared for her family and friends and always made them feel loved. She was a lover of animals, mostly owls and cats. She will be greatly missed by many. Rachel lived with the love of her life William Towan until she passed. They were devoted to each other for over 10 years. She was survived by her love William. Her mother Delphine. Her sister Gladys "Petey" Huggins and brother in law Aubrey "Bob" Huggins and many nieces and nephews, and friends. She was preceded in Death by her Father Arthur Soch. Her Brother Paul Soch. Her Sister Eileen Carpenter, and many other loved ones.
