Obituary of Dorothy Ellen Beyer

Dorothy “Doti” Ellen Beyer passed away on March 1st, 2020. She was born to Clifford and Francis Bliss on September 2, 1932 in New York. She attended High School in both Washington and Oregon earning her degree. After graduating she attended finishing school. Doti lived in Freeport New York, Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon, where she married Gilbert her husband of 48 years. Doti enjoyed singing, playing card games, and knitting. She had an outgoing personality, always remembered everyone’s name, and was a giving, loving person. Doti attended a local catholic church and was a member of Sweet Adeline’s International. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Paul Beyer. She is survived by her sons, Stan, Bob, and Steve Beyer; daughter Kathy Galloway; grandchildren, Ben, Dan, Adam and Nick Beyer, Henry Beyer, Chris Galloway, and Nichole Galloway Mancilla.
