Obituary of Lenora Edith DeMenge

Lenora Edith DeMenge, passed away peacefully at her residence on January 6, 2020. Lenora was born on June 10, 1933 in Marion, Iowa to Marlow and Willa Martin. On December 17, 1951 she married the love of her life, Winnipeg Martin DeMenge, they shared 52 wonderful years of memories, 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Lenora enjoyed traveling, whistling, playing the harmonica and working in her flower garden. She also enjoyed reading, collecting old books, along with sewing and playing games. Whenever there was a family function, she always wanted to go so she could spend time with grandkids and great grandkids. She volunteered for Gleeners, Museum of the Oregon Territory and Oregon Hunter Association. Lenora was preceded in death by her husband, Winnipeg Martin DeMenge. Her parents, Marlow and Willa (Irish) Martin, her brothers Jack and Bill Martin and her sisters Irene Anderson and Joyce Stover. Lenora is survived by: her daughter Ruth (DeMenge) and her husband Robert Teague from Milwaukie, OR; Gery and Bo Teague from Bend, OR; Amanda and Matty McDermott and Desmond and Rory from Bend, OR; Robbie and Susuan Teague, Sydney and Aiden from Milwaukie, OR; her daughter Barbara DeMenge and Richard Hardesty from Pacifica, CA; Noel Hardesty-DeMenge from Fremont, CA; Rich Hardesty-DeMenge from Hollister, CA; Brenson Hardesty-DeMenge of Pacifica, Ca; her daughter Wynette DeMenge-Salazar and Romeo Salazar from Portland, OR; Ro and Winnie DeMenge-Salazar from Portland, OR; Alexi DeMenge=Salazar from New York City, NY; her daughter Amy (DeMenge) and Ron Turentine from Milwaukie, OR; Jessica and Manny Hernandez, Sophia, Olivia and Bella from Boring, OR; Matt Turentine from Milwaukie and Joe Turentine from Portland, OR.
