Joe and I enjoyed many family occasions where Del and Inez and children were part of the gathering. One thing that impressed me about Del was his smile and happy spirit. He and Inez were blessed to have many years together. I talked to Barbara in Kentucky last night and she sends her love and condolences too. May God comfort you all in Del’s passing and give you peace.
We became friends with Del and Inez in 2013 on a wonderful cruise. We have continued our long distance friendship over the past six years. Del was a great guy, very friendly and a great sense of humor. We were able to be with them as they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. This was a wonderful treat for us-to share such a special occasion. Del took us around so we could see where he had worked and to see the city. We will miss him, but he will be very much remembered as we continue to visit Inez. Our heartfelt condolences to Inez and the family. Love, Becky and Phil Croll
Thoughts and prayers to the entire family. Always remember Del and Inez coming to WV. Great loving family.

I've been the very welcome recipient of Del and Inez's warm hospitality at their beachside condo. While there we'd play pinochle, and if you were on Del's teem, you'd be on the winning teem. He certainly knew how to keep track of, or count cards.
