Bryan & I met at Stanford’s Restaurant, Jantzen Beach.
From the very first moment that I met Bryan, you knew your were lucky to be in his presence.
Bryan had this charm about him, like.....”don’t worry....I got you covered”
If you were a guest, he made sure you wanted for nothing.....his service impeccable!
If you were a boss.....you wanted him to work on your shifts because he made you look good.....always giving 110% and expecting nothing in return.
As a friend, you were in for a treat.....he was always ready to share whatever he had.....he would give you the shirt off of his back. Bryan was the type of friend that would never ask for anything but was willing to help you at the drop of a bucket.....what a true friend should be.
Bryan & I resonated because he had an eye for quality & was eager to share this with the people he held dear to his heart.
I remember a few of those instances as our paths intertwined over the years.
For me I will never forget the “Single Batch” Bourbon & Turley Wines......”Here try this” he would say...... with his smile that would light up the room!
We drifted away as our lives & families moved us apart, I wish I could have had one more “ here try this” before he left us.
However, I know in my heart that a soul of his passion, his grace was & will always be there in my heart.
Bryan, looking forward to seeing you again and sharing whatever it is next in our chapters......I know you are preparing things for us & will be excited to see you again!
Love you!

I will miss you Bryan. From my early days of security in the pearl to me working at Henry's, grand central bowl and thirsty lion. Then me seeing you over at the lotus. You were always a great guy and we had many memories to talk about and had some great times. You will ne missed by many.

Bryan was one of my best clients. He had a curious and adventurous spirit that always inspired interesting concepts to explore on his behalf. I have enjoyed working with him and his beautiful wife Jaime over the last 15 years. You will be missed. RIP my friend. Love Chris.

I wouldn't be the man I am today, without your generosity, friendship, support, 110% having my back regardless... I feel like a whole chapter of my life has been ended without resolve... you were the glue of so many different establishments, communities, circles of friends.
Your influence, and legacy WILL carry on, with all of us you taught, mentored, and befriended.
I wish I could trade places with you, B... I'd swap it in a second...
I love you Bryan... I'll look for you, on the other side brother.

So sad to hear of Brian‘s passing. What a kind, hard-working, dedicated human being he was. Always positive, and never a terse word about anything or anyone. Prayers of peace going out to Jaime, kids and the broader family.

Bryan was one of those rare people on this earth I never heard one person say anything bad about. He was always deeply devoted to his wife Jaime and of course his kids and family. I have fond memories of long talks with him and they were always positive and uplifting. A true tribute to him is the sheer number of people contacting me that used to work for him to find out details and share their great memories. I will deeply miss him.
