Nicole Alise Fountain-Yaconetti Departed into God’s care on May 13th, 2019. She leaves behind the lights of her life: Gabriel (9) and Ava (6). She also leaves behind her mother, Barbara, her siblings Chris, James, and Jeannette Fountain, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. She cared deeply for those in need and spoke passionately of social injustice. Loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend, you are cherished, you are loved, and you are dearly missed.
