Margaret Ruth Clancy

Margaret Ruth Clancy passed away peacefully in the company of her family on March 25^th, 2019 in Portland, Oregon.

Margaret was born March 28^th, 1928 to John and Ruth Madden in Centralia, Washington.

She married Cecil Clancy in 1945 and they were happily married for 60 years.

Margaret is survived by her four children: John Clancy, Thomas Clancy, Pamela Frost and Kathleen Hansen, Her four Grandchildren: Ryan Pingo, Joshua Sprague, Matthew and Nicole Hansen, Seven Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ruth Madden, Her sister, Dotty Elway, and Her husband, Cecil Wallace Clancy.

Margaret enjoyed spending time on her boat, traveling especially to the beach, reading, playing cards and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday April 12^th, 2019 at 1:00pm at Sunnyside Little Chapel of the chimes located at 11667 SE Stevens Road, Happy Valley, Oregon 97086. She will be interred at a later date at Willamette National Cemetery with her beloved husband. A reception will be held after the service.
