Obituary of Lyle Douglas Van Schoiack

Lyle Douglas Van Schoiack, 91, of Portland, Oregon, passed away on March 1, 2019.

Lyle was born on February 5, 1928 to parents Glen and Marie Van Schoiack. He earned an Associates Degree and proudly served his country in the Navy during WWII before enjoying a career with the United States Postal Service. He was married to Helen Weigert and will be deeply missed by her and the family they created together.

Lyle will be laid to rest on Monday, March 18, 2019, 11:30 AM, at Willamette National Cemetery with full honors. A reception will follow at a local restaurant.
